Things that make the country boy mad

Picture,if you will the following scene.
On a sunny day you are out in your car, windows down, enjoying the feeling of freedom and the company of your loved one(hello Sarah) when all of a sudden a little ball of fur decides to commit suicide by attempting to stop a ton of speeding metal with its little furry head.
What is it with these animals? Are they all so stupid as to think that they can survive such stupid things as playing chicken with cars,buses etc.
I feel that too many animals are killed on roads so more animal crossings should be made to reduce the carnage that happens everyday. Either that or perhaps we could train some rabbits to work as lollipop rabbits to aid safe crossing places. Answers to this conundrum to the normal address please.

Women(what are they all about?)

Is it just me or can anybody say in all honesty that they understand women?
I know that men and women are different in some obvious ways but it is the way a womans mind works that completely does my head in. When men break wind its called farting when women do it its called Trumping? Its exactly the same thing so why not call spade a spade,the same thing apllies with sweating and perspiring-yeah right I have been near some very sweaty women in my time and they did not smell of perspiration. The thing that really confuses me is the way that women act all horrified when men are not honest but when a man comes out and says exactly what he wants then he is labelled a sexist pig. I know that the double standards between men and women still exist in this supposedly modern society and I do not approve but I do feel that bits of it are self-perpetuating.
Before I get any nasty replies I would like to point out that I have a girlfriend that I love very much and that I would like to ask

Capital Punishment-Good or Bad thing?

Capital Punishment-apparently the ultimate deterrent against the tide of crime that threatens to engulf modern society.
But,what good does it actually do? In America where certain states have capital punishment then the murder and violent crime statistics have not appreciably slowed because of the threat of execution. Even in England when we still had capital punishment people were still being killed, raped, beaten and tortured. I feel that the justice system across the world is a little bit askew and it needs somebody somewhere to take a step back and take a good look at the root causes of crime, violent or other and see what can be done to cure the problems. Any suggstions,discussion points gratefully received.
